Rob Williams | Senior Pastor
Robert was born and raised in Des Moines, IA. He lived there until he graduated from Grandview Christian School, where he felt he was being called into full-time ministry. From there he went to the Great White North (Canada) and attended college at Kingswood University, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Ministries. He is passionate about Church revitalization and growth, all while building a strong community of believers. Rob is a complete sports fanatic, drummer, video gamer, and loves spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and four beautiful children.
Tami Howell | Administrator
Tami was born and raised in Northern Iowa. She is currently living in Charles City with her husband Dan and their dog Sadie. Together they have 3 grown sons Joshua, Jason and Jeremiah. Tami worked for twenty-seven years as an Elementary Education Teacher. She has attended The Bridge church since it was founded. She has felt called to serve the church in a full-time capacity since she was in high school. She serves as our nursery director, a member of the worship team and the Pastor’s Advisory Council. She is passionate about serving others. In her free time, she enjoys walking, reading, spending time with family and watching football.
Stephanie Williams | NextGen and Creative Arts
Stephanie was born and raised in Canada. She resided in Canada until completing her bachelor's in Pastoral Ministry degree from Kingswood University in Sussex, New Brunswick. She passionate about youth and seeing them have transformative life experiences with Jesus. Stephanie spends her time with as many people as she can, loving on her four beautiful babies, and her awesome husband, Rob Williams.
Eric Voss | Celebrate Recovery Pastor
Eric was born and raised in rural Marshall county where he attended West Marshall High School. In August of 2017, Eric moved to Charles City with his wife Tressa, and their two children, Charlotte and Eliott. They quickly made the Bridge Church their home and have been working diligently over the past year launching a Celebrate Recovery ministry. Currently, Eric is enrolled as an online student at Indiana Wesleyan University, studying Christian Ministries. Eric is passionate about sharing Christ’s victory in his own life while helping others overcome personal struggles. In his free time, Eric enjoys NFL and collegiate football and baseball as well as camping with his family.

Taylor Kemp | Discipleship Intern
Taylor was born and raised in Kalona, IA. He moved to Charles City in 2017 to marry his beautiful wife Hannah and together they now have a daughter named Juliet. He felt the call to ministry while in high school and has been heavily involved in church since then. He is attending Indiana Wesleyan University pursuing an Associate’s degree in Christian Ministry. Taylor loves playing games with friends, and making his family watch the St Louis Cardinals, Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bulls, and all things Iowa Hawkeyes.
