A gem dealer was once strolling the aisles at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show when he noticed a blue-violet colored stone about the size of a potato. Recognizing what it was, he bought it for $10. It turned out to be a star sapphire that was later appraised at $2.28 million. It took an expert to recognize and unlock the potential in that plain-looking chunk of rock. God created us with incredible potential and this week we’re going to dig into a story in the Old Testament that will give us some clues on how we can unlock the incredible potential he built into us.
